Rafael Gonzalez Petite Corona

I received this cigar from a very generous fellow cigar smoker. This was a petite corona from 1999 and had a fairly smooth wrapper with no blemishes. The construction on this cigar was excellent. Great Draw, burned even, no wrapper problems, and a slow smoke kept it from overheating. This was a full-bodied cigar with a lot of different taste. It started out with a very pleasant spice taste which complimented the sweet tobacco taste that was very full. The finish was strong and pleasant and stayed on the palate for a long time. About half-way through the spice began to die down a little and some more complex tastes began to pop up. This was an excellent cigar and packed quite a punch for a little guy.
